Before You Reach Out Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 months in advance for weddings and larger celebrations, and 4 to 6 weeks for smaller events. That said, we always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability permits, so never hesitate to reach out regardless of when your event is.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! While we are based locally, we love traveling for the right event. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Please mention your event location in your inquiry and we'll be happy to discuss details during your consultation.
Can rentals be booked separately without full planning?
Absolutely. Our decor rental inventory is available to book independently, whether or not you use our planning or styling services. Browse our rentals catalog to see what's available, and use the inquiry form above to ask about specific pieces or packages.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, and this is actually where we shine. Every proposal we create is fully customized to your event's size, vision, and budget. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages, because no two celebrations are ever the same.
What types of events do you specialize in?
We specialize in weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, quinceañeras, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, garden events, corporate galas, and any occasion that deserves to be truly beautiful. If you have an event in mind, we'd love to hear about it.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A 30% deposit is due at the time of signing the contract, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event. We walk every client through the full payment schedule during the consultation so there are never any surprises.
